Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the item along with order number immediately to bizhaanbeauty@gmail.com. Further instructions will be determined at time of communication.
